Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is placed it will shipped within 24 hours, on most occasions it will be shipped the very same day within hours of being placed. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the destination. We are based in Sydney, so please take that into consideration when estimating your delivery time. We ship orders via Australian Air Express or Australia Post. In the case that you are not home during delivery, package will either be left in a secure location or a parcel note will be left and you can pick up your package from the local post office.
Privacy & Security
We may collect information from you when you visit our site and register, place an order, respond to a survey or communicate through email. Like most websites, we use "cookies" to improve your future experience at the site. We care about our customers and this information is held with the utmost privacy. We implement numerous security measures to ensure the integrity of your personal information. Your information is stored in a secure network and is accessible to only a limited number of people with special access to these systems. Your information is therefore kept safely and with confidentiality. When you place an order, your information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is then encrypted into our database. We do not sell or trade your personal information to outside parties.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns which comply with the following requirements
-We will issue 100% store credit with no restocking fee for customers requesting an online voucher. We will issue the voucher to your current email address. Vouchers will never expire and may be used in the shopping cart checkout process
-For those requesting a refund and not store credit, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
-Product must be unopened in its original packing and in a re-sellable condition
-Shipping charges are non-refundable
-Batteries are non-refundable
-Claims for damage due to delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with the assigned carrier
-Email Us at support@minihelicopter.com.au prior to shipping back goods, and obtain a RMA number. Shipping cost for returning items is customer's responsibility.

Ordering
Use the online shopping cart provided. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. Choose your item(s), add them to the shopping cart and choose your shipping method We will never purposely charge customers for an item that we don't have in stock. On most occasions a free upgrade to the next best model will be offered. Customers are also entitled to a full refund. 
Viewing Orders
You can view your current order by logging into "my account" at the top right of the homepage. You can view all of your orders including status updates in this section.
