Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to the Minihelicopter.com.au team. We guarantee that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the day your helicopter is delivered. If defects are present, we will replace it at no extra charge.
Minihelicopter.com.au can not cover crash damage, misuse or general wear and tear due to carelessness or recklessness. Modifications to the original helicopter will also void the warranty.
Returned products must be in a resellable condition and in the orginal packaging with all the parts associated with it. Items returned without all the parts, will not be processed until we receive all the parts. This includes but is not limited to Li-Po batteries, remotes, antennas, chargers and spare parts. Please remember to include them all.
Already Flown Your Helicopter?
If you have flown your helicopter and you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email and describe the problems you are having. We will be able to offer a solution or advise on whether it is eligible for exchange. Customer experience is most important to us, we treat all our customers with fairness.
If your package has been damaged in the post, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods. The sooner, the better. Do not discard any of the packaging materials. Please take a photo of the damaged goods clearly showing the damage and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving your email, we can proceed to get your goods fixed or replaced.
